Lucy, 37, was busy planning her son Jack’s second birthday party when the phone rang. When she hung up, her little boy was missing. Seeing the back door ajar she raced into the garden. Devastatingly, Lucy found Jack floating face down in their pond. An inquest declared Jack’s death a tragic accident, but battling her own guilt she has pledged to change bereavement law in his memory.
